If I’m not too early (or too presumptuous) to get in on requests, how about including a ‘good’ Easterling or Haradrim analog who was raised to believe the bad guy is his god, but learns the truth and ends up helping the good guys?
And I’ve always wanted to know more about the good wizards’ efforts to inspire resistance in the realms tributary to Sauron. I suspect there were some great stories there, but Tolkien didn’t have time to expound on them in the text. As a bonus: the coming adaptation will doubtless have a focus on ‘representation’ in the worst possible way, so show us how it’s done right!
This is great! Will it take place in Middle Earth? If so, where on the timeline? You make it sound like it's going to be closer to Tolkien than a Tolkien-not-Tolkien a la GE.
Hellz yeah brother! You're a damn fine story teller and world builder. I absolutely love this idea and thanks for coming up with it man... So much of the material out there now is trash... Thank you for being true to yourself and what you believe.
This is a Journey I will be happy to take as I too love Tolkien and have since I was introduced in the 5th Grade (nigh on 50 years ago!) Looking forward to this with great anticipation!
Now that's a book pitch.
"Get in the literary Hellcat losers, we're doing Tolkien stuff!"-Nick Cole 7/30/2022
Stealing…
It is yours, I'm just happy to be here!
You had me at, "We're doing it..."
This is exciting. Given how well you did adapting Star Wars (only BETTER) with Galaxy's Edge, I am very, very much looking forward to this.
Looking forward to this.

On it!
Nick says can do.
At last, an excuse to smoke a clay pipe and cultivate the hairs on my feet. Wishing you success, good sir and madam.
Doing it right!

It will not take place in Middle Earth, but something very similar
Can't wait. Thanks for the awesome news.
I truly appreciate that!
