This one is much later in the year, Aug 2020, they rate it as “mostly false” because the quarantine facilities are “temporary” and not meant to be there forever-yah ok.

The business insider story is a year and 10 months old and relates specifically to people evacuated from Wuhan. Seems like a reasonable precaution and one President Trump was in favor of. The whole "they're building prison camps to hold us" conspiracy goes back at least 2-3 decades. Almost 30 years ago now I remember a health food store owner feeding me the same line about FEMA building camps. He even knew the secret location that happened to be right across the street from where I worked. "They have already broken ground and the first thing they built was the crematoriums". That area by the railroad tracks in Fairbanks, AK is still a field to this day. A delusional fever dream then, as now.
