Not super sure that he is a reliable source based on this video, but it's pretty long. I don't think he's right on THE "source" of these issues, I think the he's outing are one of many that are doing these types of things.
A few examples that bring his theses into doubt:

Verizon, AT&T, goo-gle, t-mobile, etc etc. Maybe they are all connected to each other somehow and one affects the other, dunno. Also saw that amazons internal warehouse networks in north america were all down earlier today. Again, dunno. But seems the weird shit keeps getting weirder and weirder. Thanks
