COVID Anxiety. It's up here in Canuckistan as well. I see it in the people driving alone while wearing masks. There are many people who will never not wear a mask. They are also radical and will scream at people for not wearing them.

They're already blaming the unvaxxed. The service department inflicted Good Morning America on me this morning during my oil change and the spin was that the decrease in cases was slowing because of the reluctance of the remainder of people to get vaccinated.

This has nothing to do with your episode. Just an interesting podcast. Didn't want to post this on facistbook.

First, as a lesbian trapped in a man's body I am OFFENDED by Nick's denigration of the Alphabet Mafia!

Second, I don't think you're right about how American's are viewed overseas. Just talk to a "conservative" from Britain or Australia about the 2A question. Or how they talk about the hate speech versus free speech. They're a tyrannical hellhole.

Speaking of Europe and the English... they're hosed. They've imported an army of military aged men from the Middle East. I suspect they're a full on caliphate in my lifetime.

All of this has led me to think this is a serious global situation. How serious do I think things are? Well, I'll be getting the child stimulus check soon and I'm thinking about buying a weapon with it. That doesn't sound that strange when people realize that I was in the Army. More specifically, that I was in the infantry. The last time I held the rifle in my hands I ended someone's life. Now I hear it again. I think that the war drum might be beating and it might be time to defensively prepare for what is coming. Obviously, I hope that I am wrong.

Finally, your ending needs work! :P Umbrellas are for the weak! Yes, I said it! They slow you down and barely keep you dry. Oh, and sometimes catch the wind and drag you along into their insanity.

Regarding the observation that Man’s first task was to name everything, do you think that right to apply categories has been corrupted into a desire to redefine reality via opinion or consensus opinion?

Catching up and binging on podcasts. Serious question: are these people evil geniuses beyond our comprehension, or bumbling idiots who are so completely disconnected from reality they couldn’t survive five minutes without the civilization they seem so intent on destroying? Because at times it feels like both.

I feel the same way about this situation. Maybe it's a little bit of Column A and Column B?

My state (Washington) passed a law where single use bathrooms could no longer be gendered... (Part of the late Obama era trans restroom fiasco.) So it was confusing to me at the local Starbucks for a minute when women started coming out of the (previously) men's room.
