I'm curious as to whether you're familiar with Michael Flynn's Eifelheim (which I admit, I haven't read in full, as he's a difficult read for me (though very interesting)).
And with respect to the FBI, ill refer you to Robert Conquest's Iron Law #2 (I think): Any organization not explicitly right-wing sooner or later becomes left-wing.
This podcast is becoming part of my morning routine when I need to be left alone until I'm fully caffeinated. A bite sized podcast with two interesting, and thoughtful people, having casual conversations about interesting topics. That is how you start off a morning.
As for UFOs? I've long been the "I want to believe" guy, but I've also been a huge skeptic because most of the "evidence" doesn't hold up well to scrutiny. I believe there is life out there, God is so powerful, so infinite, why wouldn't he have infinite amount of projects going? And I think he wants to leave some mysteries for us to figure out. The universe is clearly so large, I don't know how there isn't more out there. I just don't know if its intelligent and capable of traveling vast distances.
But I'm with Nicole, the flurry of new footage and acknowledgement from DoD that this stuff is happening, and they don't know what it is, is pretty amazing. The only thing more mind blowing is how the media is virtually silent on it. I think Tucker Carlson is the only MSM guy who's talked about the tic-tac footage. I still don't know what to make of it, but this is evidence I can't so easily dismiss. The interviews with the pilot who took the tic-tac footage is really interesting, and hard to argue with. Still doesn't tell us what they are, what they're doing, but I think it proves that there is a there, there.
Could be Demons, Could be Aliens, Could be anything really. But I find it exciting because in this day and age? We're kind of short on wonder, when we can google anything in the blink of an eye, I'm glad we have mysteries we can stew up, and discuss over those cups of coffee.
And as a Scifi Nerd? Its fodder for my own writings. Delving into UFOs, the DMT clockwork elves and weird things people see while tripping.. In the setting I'm establishing, the elites of the world are tripping on high powered drugs so they can communicate with these transdimensional beings so they can find some sort of enlightenment.. But these things really are just demons, or the minions of demons seeking fools that'll spread their darkness through the universe. These are interesting things to think about, whether in a fictional sense, or if maybe that is what these DMT trippers are really meddling with. Its good to think about things outside of the norm, whether you believe them or not. They're good thought exercises at the least.
I have no real evidence UFOs are real. The evidence points to they aren't and that this is a bunch of government distractions. Anything to get the view off of Biden. If bread and games aren't working, then they need to go to something else.
Ive always believed "some" UFO and USO's are extraterrestrial in nature (most have a completely terrestrial explanation but some ... ) and Id caution against anthropomorphize aliens. Their motivations for vising us earthlings may be beyond our comprehension. On that point (on Aliens and Christianity), I would recommend "The Chaplain's War" by Brad Torgersen.
I can't wait to find out what happens to Brice Michael Christopher in Nick's next book!
It’s gonna be lit!
Make the dude heroic .. give him a break!
This is great stuff, guys.

No, but I’m interested & will check it out. I’m a huge Michael Flynn fan, that’s for sure!
Have not read.

But um... Yeah.. Keep it up!
Saw these weird golden diamond UFO's when I was out with my son picking up bicycles a few years ago. He saw them too.
Woah!
Free country... I'm up here in Canuckistan...

That’s definitely extremely likely
Bryce Michael Kristopher needs to be on the show.
I love that you spelled it with a K. That is sooo that dude.
You know he would... especially with a mom named Moon or something similar
Hmmm... Want more.
Can do

I’ll definitely check it out, thanks Mike!
"They weren't ready to uplift" . . . nice! Savages would definitely fit the whole Antichrist/Tribulation motif quite nicely.
