He had more issues with the Ukrainians having their families with them vs sending them off to a refugee center.
I saw that also. Probably the same posts. And yes, they are more like a Militia, because their standard army is in the East or under a hooked cross to the south. I have sympathy with not sending their family away. When you live in a country known for human trafficking, would you send your wife and children away?
I can't remember where I read it, but I remember being told the war was not "authorized' by Beijing. A local war lord went in to Vietnam, and lost. Sounds odd to me, but it was an extremally limited fight.
