So I have been listening to podcasts using "trim silence" and 1.1x playback speed to help get through my daily backlog. Really helps save time, but Medusa is hard to keep track of because it's so fast!
In many ways, the Obamacare ACA whatever you want to call it has already been denying "unhealthy" or "non-conforming" individuals. Need a colonoscopy? Must agree to new meal guidelines. Need a life-saving procedure? Go get tested for nicotine at the lab and swear under oath you will never smoke, vape, or chew ever again. Need insulin? Too bad, you can't have that until your BMI is less than a 20 year old who is the perfect weight for their height, and we don't care you're now 55. I kid you not. It is this bad. There will be deniers out there who will say it's hogwash... right up until they get a bill for $45,000 of unpaid medical bills because the govt decided they were not towing the line or had the extra money to purchase health insurance not related to the "marketplace" whatsoever. Self-employed and getting the shaft and demands just to go see the doc they want me to for their preventive BS... but, yeah, they beg for my blood and organ donations. It's insane.
And no, I don't have a need for insulin, but I actually was screened for nicotine, opiates, caffeine levels, tobacco, and alcohol just recently, for a lifesaving screening procedure, because I was mandated to get the insurance and not self pay as a self-employed individual. If I don't do their preventive care, they can drop me. If I don't comply, etc, etc, etc. I groan because I'm paying for that healthcare and it's more controlling and demanding than pre-marketplace ever was. Affordable is a joke. Free is a sick joke. For everyone is just a flat out lie.
Started the insider GE 10 a month till I get taxes and I'll pay a year. I'm pleased with what I've gotten. Although it's like to be able to transfer my audiobooks to audible. Jason gave me a free audible FR book 3 after I'd bought it directly from GE. You guys are awesome 🙂

Sadly, my issue may have been caused due to vaccines for COVID. Imagine that. 🤷♀️
